iMood Journal
Helps keep track of your moods with daily prompts, history and helpful tracking of your daily moods with guides.
MindShift
Helps young people manage and decrease anxiety levels with a range of activities and guided reflections, including breathing and relaxation exercises.
Smiling Mind
Smiling Mind is a FREE mindfulness meditation app developed by psychologists and educators to help bring balance to your life.
